Sorry about the title, sorry I haven't been online for a while, I really don't know where the time has gone.
The constipation is not me, it's Jaffa. After her accident, she gets bunged up more easily and has had to go down to the vets a few times over the last 6 weeks. In between times, she enjoys being out and we have a great time tazzing round in the garden and annoying the slaves by running out into the road either after each other or chasing those little green hoppy things. It is so much easier to see them on the road. Anyway, she seem to have things under control at the moment touch wood - I hope it continues because I miss running around with her when she is in hospital.
September passed quite well, I saw a few sunrises, wandered about a bit, stole a few mice and rats from Coco, chased round with the others and generally had a good time. We unearthed some more holes in the garden and enlarged them so we could get our whole leg in. The watering cans have been regularly filled and so we have had plenty to drink. I like to have a wander round the chapel now as well as going round the back of the house.
I had my official birthday on the 5th of October so apparently I am 1 year old now. I had a bit of a disaster a couple of days after my birthday. Since I was feeling grown up, I asked to go out in the dark, well before the sun came up. I had this idea, silly I know now but hindsight is a great thing, I wanted to get closer so that I could get a better view. The trouble was, because it was dark and i don't see or concentrate too well, I forgot how to get home. The sunrise was no better than if I had seen it from the wall at the bottom of the garden. Anyway, I wandered around all over the place for most of the day until I heard the slave shouting me. I squeaked as loud as I could and he managed to find me in some long grass - it turned out that I wasn't actually that far from home. I was so relieved that I let him carry me all the way. I purred a lot! Still, I had seen a lot of the world, I had a nap in some bushes, chased a few birds and mice, explored the farm buildings I can see from my wall and smelt loads of new smells. All's well that ends well I think the slaves say.
